- Put all ingredients (except chocolate and coconut flakes) in a Vitamix or high-speed blender and blended until smooth. Then add in chocolate pieces
- Put in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden.
- Then, remove, roll into 1 inch balls store in the freezer. For maximum convenience: I like to double the recipe, individually portion out 3 balls per serving and freeze them in small zip-lock bags. They’re perfect in a pinch on the go and are far more fulfilling than you think!
