Turkey Burgers

Instructions
- Remove lean ground turkey from fridge or freezer, brining it to room temperature.
- Thaw and drain the spinach, squeezing as much water from the spinach as you can.
- Chop onion into small bit size pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the spinach (thawed and drained) and onion together.
- Add in lean ground turkey, salt and pepper. Mix evenly with your hands.
- Form the meat into small patties, packing them tight like a snowball.
- Heat medium size pan, pour olive oil and cook evenly on both sides (roughly 5 minutes each).
