The best protein energy bite recipe I have found to date. I recommend doubling the recipe and storing in the freezer. Perfect on the go and a healthy, homemade alternative to processed bars. I recommend using crunchy almond butter or half crunchy, half creamy. In my experience, creamy on its own doesn’t hold as well.
