2 eggs
½ cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 cup blueberries
½ cup chopped walnuts
Baking spray, for cooking

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then, in a large mixing bowl, add bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and baking soda.

Mix well, then, add flour, coconut sugar, blueberries and chopped walnuts. Continue stirring in ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
