1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp dried parsley
For the buffalo sauce and dip
4 tbsp hot sauce, I used Franks
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 and top a baking tray with a wire baking wrack. Lightly spray or grease and set aside.

Next, cut tofu into even slices, cover with paper towels and top with a heavy weight, cast iron skillet or book. Let sit for 20-30 minutes to press and drain any excess water. Once tofu is drained, slice into thinner sticks or “wings.”

In three shallow bowls, add cornstarch, plant-based milk and breadcrumb mixture respectively.

Carefully dip each stick or “wing” into the cornstarch, then the milk, followed by the breadcrumbs. Then transfer to greased wire rack and repeat with remaining sticks.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until wings are brown and crispy. While wings are baking, put together your buffalo sauce by adding hot sauce, garlic powder and Greek yogurt into a small bowl and mixing well.

Once tofu wings are done, transfer into a large mixing bowl and gently toss with buffalo sauce to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy with a side of sliced carrots and celery!
