Ingredients

Adjust Servings
⅓ cup coconut flour
1 serving vanilla protein powder
¼ cup raw cashew butter
2 T local honey
3 T milk; I used Ripple Milk
2 T coconut oil, melted
1 t vanilla extract
3 T white chocolate chips, roughly chopped
3 T unsweetened coconut flakes
3 T rainbow sprinkles

Directions

1.

Add all ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl; mix to combine well with your hands.
Mark as complete

Transfer to the refrigerator for 10 - 15 minutes to harden.

Using a small trigger release scoop or spool, evenly separate the mixture into small balls (roughly 1 inch). To store, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
