Nutritional Benefits

These cozy bagels are made with ingredients that each offer unique health benefits:

• Flour provides carbohydrates to fuel your energy levels. For a higher fiber option, consider using whole wheat flour or a flour blend.

• Plain Low-Fat Greek Yogurt adds a boost of protein, probiotics, and calcium, supporting digestion, muscle recovery, and bone health.

• Organic Pumpkin Puree is rich in beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A), which promotes healthy vision and immunity, along with fiber that aids digestion.

• Pumpkin Spice and Cinnamon add warm, seasonal flavors, along with antioxidants that reduce inflammation and support balanced blood sugar levels.

• Coconut Sugar is a natural, minimally processed sweetener with a lower glycemic index than refined sugar, providing a gentle hint of sweetness.
