1 scoop vanilla protein powder, I use Sun Warrior Vanilla
1 cup homemade almond milk, or plant-based milk of choice
½ cup fresh raspberries + more to top
1 tsp pure maple syrup + more to top
½ banana, sliced
Additional recommended toppings:
Drizzle of maple syrup, sliced bananas, fresh berries, fresh mint, shredded coconut, sliced or toasted nuts; enjoy by itself or on top of Greek yogurt or warm oatmeal

Directions

1.

In a small blender, combine berries, milk, maple syrup and vanilla protein powder and blend until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a mason jar or tupperware and stir in chia seeds. Allow to set in the fridge overnight - or at least for a few hours.
