2 cups Rao’s marinara sauce or sauce of choice
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 ½ cup broccoli
½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
For the meatballs
1 lb organic ground chicken
½ white onion, diced
2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash, chop and season broccoli and tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then transfer to baking tray and bake for 25 minutes.
