Get your Thai fix with a twist: these Thai meatballs with creamy peanut butter sauce  and slaw are an adventure for your taste buds!

I love Thailand, I love Thai food and I love Thai people. In fact, I would move to Thailand tomorrow. Who knows? Maybe I will. But until then, there’s nothing quite like these warm, delicious, Thai-inspired meatballs with my creamy peanut sauce and slaw. This dish is the perfect choice for a main course, whether you’re cooking for friends or simply want to treat yourself to something special. It also plays well with others as a tasty appetizer for your next DP (dinner party) or get together. The combination of bold flavors, savory meatballs, and crunchy slaw creates a mouthwatering experience that’s equal parts nourishing and difficult to resist. But it’s not just the taste that makes this dish a winner – it’s also incredibly healthy (which we love), packed with lean protein and fresh veggies that will leave you feeling light, satisfied and energized, too.

First off, the lean protein from the meatballs will keep you feeling full without feeling full. Do you know what I mean? It’ll also provide essential nutrients for muscle development and repair if you, like me, are regularly getting after it in the gym. Secondly, the slaw is packed with fresh vegetables, like purple cabbage and carrots, which offer important vitamins and antioxidants that support overall health and well-being, which is of course #1 for our HUMBL fam. Lastly, the peanut butter dressing adds a dose of heart-healthy fats that can reduce the risk of heart disease and improve brain function. All in all, a winning choice for anyone in search of a delicious, wholesome meal! So, give this dish a try and enjoy the benefits of a nutritious and delicious meal.
