Hi, I'm Molly.
I'm so happy you're here.

A nutrition and lifestyle expert, spiritual guide and yoga teacher devoted to growth, expansion, and the boundlessness of human potential.

I believe that the two most important relationships in life are the relationship you have with yourself and the relationship you have with food.

For the majority of my life, I struggled in secret with both. I was indescribably hard on myself and spent years in an unending cycle of unsustainable diet and lifestyle extremes. I felt totally out of control and in response, my food fixation and lack of self-worth grew deeper and darker. I regularly used food to cope with unwanted emotions and then like clockwork, shamed myself for lack of willpower, discipline and control.

After years and years of repeating this cycle, I had absolutely zero self-trust around food and as a result, saw restriction as the only viable option. I didn’t have the tools or resources to create a new reality, and honestly, I didn’t believe that a new reality was even possible. I didn’t know myself, I didn’t trust myself and definitely didn’t love myself.

Despite all that, I desperately wanted to try. So, I read every self-help book and experimented with new ways of eating that didn’t revolve around living off as little as possible.

I completed health coaching and behavior change certification programs, and sought out healers and teachers and guides. I invested in personal development retreats, worked with coaches and experimented with alternative medicine. I became a raw vegan chef and eventually went on to receive my masters in Nutrition and Food Studies from NYU. All the while, I devoted myself to studying, practicing and teaching yoga and yogic philosophy.

Together, this effort worked in concert to create my current reality, which is grounded in self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-trust and self-love. I created a new way of living and eating that transformed every aspect of my life and it is my mission and joy to share this approach with as many women as possible.

My favorite piece of advice

Don’t focus on what you do in public. Pay attention to who you are when no one else is looking and remember often that how you do anything is how you do everything. With this mindset, no act is too small to be sacred and everything is ceremony.

02

The lesson im currently learning

A big beautiful life takes time. Little wins add up slowly and change is often too subtle to notice in the moment. Right now, I am learning again and again to be present and trust the process. It is possible to dream of a better future, while remaining present and appreciative for everything that exists today.

       My perfect day

Wake up naturally; read outside with a coconut milk cappuccino; take a walk with my parents; practice yoga in the open air; swim in a refreshing body of water; bask in the warm sun; more reading and time outside; cook a healthy and delicious meal with friends; watch the sunset; talk for hours, drinking wine and listening to records; gaze at the stars and fall asleep thinking about the miracle that is to be alive.

  Next on my bucket list

Ski in Switzerland with my brother; I’m in my active era 😉

THRIVE

THRIVE is an intimate 3 month program for women, designed to radically transform your relationship to food, nutrition, your health and your self.

It’s a 3 dimensional approach to your health and healing that is different from other wellness programs, which primarily focus on the physical aspects of health only. When approached from this singular lens, results are incomplete and unsustainable.
