I believe that the two most important relationships in life are the relationship you have with yourself and the relationship you have with food.
For the majority of my life, I struggled in secret with both. I was indescribably hard on myself and spent years in an unending cycle of unsustainable diet and lifestyle extremes. I felt totally out of control and in response, my food fixation and lack of self-worth grew deeper and darker. I regularly used food to cope with unwanted emotions and then like clockwork, shamed myself for lack of willpower, discipline and control

But learning how to feel, heal and regulate your emotions will empower you with clarity, competence and confidence in every area of your life. When you honestly address the internal climate of your most felt emotions, they lose their power.

You will be guided and supported through the MOST thoughtful, action-oriented process of healing, growth and evolution. Through coaching, lessons, exercises, & sharing you will experience deep healing, major self love, & long lasting results.

Our 1:1 sessions are where I get to give you undivided attention and care. We will gently and lovingly explore the history of your health. Together we will uncover the root cause of any issues, in order to move forward in empowered, freedom, & peace
DAILY WHATSAPP SUPPORT FROM MOLLY
Accountability and loving guidance is a huge part of this process. I will be there for you everyday to mentor, coach, support, and guide you through anything you’re experiencing. Having in-real-time support helps us move through issues more quickly.
