I have spent the past 10 years exploring change as it relates to human habits, diet, lifestyle and mindfulness. I have done this, so you don’t have to fumble your way forward. Together, we will unpack your food memories, associations, patterns, preferences and rules. We will connect intimately over your past and present food experiences in ways that will relieve pressure and create space for a unique food future that is nourishing, symbiotic and eventually, effortless.
We will co-create a path forward that will offer 3 dimensional healing and support. Your relationship with food will transform entirely and you will experience the benefits every. single. day. Over the course of our 5 weeks together, you will build self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-trust and self-love. New tools will be learnt, new information absorbed and new neural pathways forged.
