The way I see it, change is happening either way and the only way to live the life of your dreams is to co-create it day in and day out with small daily positive thoughts and actions. One things for sure, the change you’re looking for will not come from whatever you’ve been doing, which is why hiring a coach and guide who really resonates with you is such a powerful step forward.

I have spent the past 10 years exploring change as it relates to human habits, diet, lifestyle and mindfulness. I have done this, so you don’t have to fumble your way forward. Together, we will unpack your food memories, associations, patterns and rules. We will connect intimately about your past and present experiences in ways that will relieve pressure and create space for a unique food future that is nourishing, symbiotic and eventually, effortless. If this seems far out, it’s important to know that it is possible regardless of what you’ve been through or are currently experiencing. A balanced and harmonious relationship with food is our natural state and I can guide you back there.
