I have spent the past 10 years exploring change as it relates to human habits, diet, lifestyle and mindfulness. I have done this, so you don’t have to fumble your way forward. Together, we will unpack your food memories, associations, patterns and rules. We will connect intimately about your past and present experiences in ways that will relieve pressure and create space for a unique food future that is nourishing, symbiotic and eventually, effortless. A balanced and harmonious relationship with food is our natural state and I can guide you back there.

If the pain of staying the same is stronger than the pain of change; it’s time. 

Yes, we can work together so long as you are also seeing a therapist.

No. I provide detailed calorie deficit meal plans that most often result in client weight loss but that is never the heart of our work together. Just as food isn’t the problem, weight loss isn’t the destination. Having said that, when you heal your relationship with food, weight loss is a natural by-product that most clients experience.

No. I believe in bio individuality, which is the understanding that everyone is different and there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to diet, health and healing. Together, we will find a way of eating that works for you and work to create an environment, framework and approach that serves to support it.

I will often recommend additional testing, such as a comprehensive lab panel or food intolerance test but I do not require them nor are they included.

Absolutely! I am happy to offer continued support as needed for a flat single session fee.
