2 organic pasture raised eggs
1 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic powder; to taste
1 large piece or 2 smaller pieces of local sourdough bread, toasted
Grass fed ghee or butter, to season bread

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Halve avocado, remove pit and scoop out part of middle to make room for egg. Transfer avocado halves to a muffin tin and arrange so that they are as even and balanced as possible.
