1 lime, juiced
10 - 12 shrimp
½ tsp onion powder

2 tbsp avocado oil

2 tsp sriracha

Directions

1.

Cook rice according to package instructions. Once finished, add chopped cilantro and lime. Set aside.

Next, season shrimp with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and avocado oil. Mix well with your hands.

Then, heat a medium size pan to medium high heat and add about 1 tbsp avocado oil. Transfer shrimp and cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
