1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp tamari or low sodium soy sauce

½ avocado, thinly sliced

Let rice sit in water for 15 minutes, then cook according to package instructions. Next, heat a large pan or skillet to medium high heat and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
